The development and reporting of operations performance measures is a high priority for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Demonstration and documentation of the benefits of ITS are of particular importance to both FDOT and the Florida Transportation Commission (FTC). This project continues the development and reporting of operations performance measures with emphasis on ITS measures started in 2006.
