This project provides staff to the FDOT to:

1. Assist the FDOT in activities related to the procurement of cell phone or other probe-based travel time/speed and related data in support of concept testing in the Tallahassee region from one or more third party data content providers; and
2. Support the FDOT Central Office during the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) procurement process for the selection of a third party data content provider or providers to provide data in support of concept testing; through negotiation and final contractor selection.
